Terrible water pressure. Spent $8 for my car to still be just as dirty as before I went in. Go ANYWHERE else besides here. I was on Old Vestal Road and decided to stop here since it was on my way home. Not sure how they stay open with Hoffmans right around the corner. Save your money and go to Hoffmans!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I used the middle drive up car wash bay. I paid 12$ far a basic spotless wash & dry. The wash was fine but the drying machine only dried the left side of my car. I had to pull out and dry the other side by hand. And the entire front and back windshields were wet. That defeated the entire purpose of the wash. I did not feel like drying the car off in the heat. Pulled up to vacuum and it had no suction. Please check and maintain your machines regularly. What a waste of time money & energy on this beautiful sunny Sunday afternoon.

One of the automatic bay doors did not work and only opened up a 1/4 of the way. I called the number on the side of the building, and was given another wash voucher. They were helpful. The wash itself was fine- just wished it dried more of the car. The dryer did not extend to the right side of my vehicle.

Their touch-less wash badly scratched my car! The facility would not cover it because they said there was “no way” that their wash could have done that…. But it did! Luckily Mathew’s Kia helped me out. CK car wash sucks!

Went into the self wash bay. No water pressure. No soap in the brush. Wasted 8$ in there. Slide over to the automatic; spent 14$ a mediocre wash. 22$ wasted.
